2003-2014
ZipRealty
I actually started with a local real estate company Lewellyn Realtors. I found an agent there that would mentor me as I was just starting in the field. But I moved pretty quickly to an innovated online real estate company called ZipRealty. ZipRealty was one of the first to employ the online experience with the consumer. This tech forward company was way ahead of the crowd using modern technology. Clients were able to save homes on the website, schedule showing and be alerted if any new homes came on the market just to name a few of the features. That all seems consistent with how real estate is now but back in the early 2000's this was all brand new and ZipRealty was an innovator in this field. In 2014 ZipRealty was sold to Realology for $166 million and today they no longer exist.
2014-2016
Sunshine/RLAH
After Zip Realty was sold I transition to a couple of local real estate companies. Both are still around and both are excellent companies but I was searching for a company that would work for me and RE/MAX fit that need.
2016-Present
RE/MAX Platinum Realty
I joined RE/MAX in 2016 because they are all independent contractors. Each RE/MAX office is a franchise model that is built on supporting and encouraging those who desire the freedom to carve their own path. You can have a team or you can work as a solo agent. Your choice.
